Vladimir started his career at Société Générale in 2003 and held various positions before becoming Sales Director for Luxembourg and Belgium at Lyxor Asset Management (SG Group).

‍

From 2011 to 2016, he was Sales Director institutional and wholesale, raising €1.5bn through a mix of bespoke solutions and distribution of the Lyxor managed account platform.

‍

In 2016, Vladimir joined NewAlpha Asset Management, contributing to the firm’s international development and winning a major RFP fora US public pension fund.

‍

In 2020, he joined S14 Capital as a consultant and later as Investor Relations Manager, supporting the firm’s growth phase.

‍

Vladimir holds a Master’s degree in Finance from EDHEC Business School and successfully completed all three levels of the CFA Program.

Thibault started his career in asset management in 2014 and joined Schroders, where he worked as an equity analyst across several teams, ranging from deep value long-only strategies to dynamic long/short generalist funds.

In 2019, he contributed to the launch of S14 Capital, a French asset management boutique specialized in flexible and long/short equity strategies.

‍

As a sector specialist managing his own allocation, he covered technology and mining within a strictly market-neutral framework.

Since 2024, Thibault has focused on the junior mining sector as an active private investor and consultant.

Thibault holds a Master’s degree from NEOMA Business School and successfully completed all three levels of the CFA Program.
